MY NAME
IS
KRYSTAL
The internet knows me more widely as Sumikins. I live in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, have been cosplaying since 2002 (that's about 2 decades!), and I'm an active cosplay competitor, judge, and event coordinator, as well as a fledgling photographer.
I have represented the USA at three international competitions (WCS 2010, CICAF 2017, and C4 2019) and, along with my cosplay partner Rynn, have placed second overall at two of them.
From 2019 - 2024 I held the position of Cosplay Coordinator for SakuraCon in Seattle, WA, and I'm currently open to new opportunities.
On this site you'll find a portfolio of costumes I've made, as well as a selection of my favorite performances. With time, I hope the site will evolve into something sleek and streamlined, but also grow to include my cosplay photography, and other works.
